1.Agreement
By submitting the waitlist form at rayna.skin or rayna.skin/clinics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
These terms are a contract between you and Lyra Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.
2.The waitlist isn't a guarantee
- Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not entitle you to early access, free service, a particular price, or a particular feature set.
- We will do our best to invite as many waitlisters as possible at launch, but we may need to invite people in waves.
- Pricing, features, launch timing, and availability may change between now and launch without notice.
- We may close, pause, or modify the waitlist at any time.
3.Accurate information
Please submit accurate information about yourself or your practice. We may decline to invite signups that appear to be fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or that misrepresent professional credentials. Clinic-tier signups are intended for licensed skincare practices and their team members; please do not submit a clinic application on behalf of a practice without authorisation.
4.Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit spam, malware, malicious code, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Submit another person's information without their permission.
- Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site or our form infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any practice or organisation.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
5.Intellectual property
The Rayna name, the Lyra Labs name, the logos, the page designs, the copy, and all related branding are owned by Lyra Labs LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them in connection with any other product or service without our prior written permission.
6.No medical advice
Rayna is a consumer skin analytics tool. Any content on the waitlist site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical concern about your skin, please consult a dermatologist or other licensed clinician.
7.Site is provided "as-is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the waitlist site is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyra Labs LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the waitlist site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lyra Labs LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the waitlist site at any time, for any reason, including for breach of these terms. You may stop using the site and request deletion of your waitlist record at any time by emailing us.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms. The terms governing the eventual Rayna app and Rayna for Clinics platform will be published separately at the time those products launch and will supersede these waitlist terms for use of those products.
