1.Who we are
Lyra Labs LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company building Rayna, an AI skin analytics platform for individuals and skincare practices. This notice applies to the public-facing waitlist pages at rayna.skin.

2.What we collect
We only collect what you choose to submit through the waitlist forms, plus standard technical information that any website receives.
If you sign up on the individual waitlist (rayna.skin)
- Your email address (required).
- Optional: the skin concerns you're interested in tracking, your age range, and any treatments you're currently using.
If you sign up on the clinic waitlist (rayna.skin/clinics)
- Required: practice type, business name, contact name, work email, state.
- Optional: your role, monthly client volume, treatments your practice offers, and the outcomes clients most want to track.
Automatic technical data
- IP address and basic browser metadata, processed by our form host (Netlify) for spam filtering and submission timestamps.
- We do not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, behavioural pixels, or analytics scripts on these pages.
What we do not collect on the waitlist
- Photographs, facial scans, biometric data of any kind.
- Payment or financial information.
- Health records, treatment notes, or any patient-identifying information.
- Precise location, device identifiers, or persistent advertising IDs.
3.How we use it
- To notify you when Rayna is available and to send you an early-access invitation.
- To tailor what we send you — for example, if you indicated interest in melasma tracking, we may share content relevant to that on launch.
- To plan our launch in aggregate (which skin concerns matter most, which states have the strongest clinic interest). Aggregated insights never reference you individually.
- To prevent spam, bot signups, and fraudulent clinic registrations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
4.Where it lives
Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by:

Before launch, we may export waitlist contacts to an email service provider (such as ConvertKit or Mailchimp) so we can send you launch communications. We will update this notice with the name of that provider before any transfer occurs.
5.How long we keep it
- We retain waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after Rayna's public launch — whichever comes first.
- You can request deletion at any time, including before launch, with no questions asked.
6.Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- See what we have. We will send you a copy of your waitlist record.
- Correct it. If anything is wrong, we will fix it.
- Delete it. We will permanently remove your record from our systems and from Netlify's storage.
- Unsubscribe. Every launch email we send you will include an unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these, email ram@lyralabsllc.com. We typically respond within five business days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, or the EU/UK GDPR. We will honour valid requests under those laws using the same email address.
7.Children
The Rayna waitlist is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, please make sure a parent or guardian is comfortable with you joining the waitlist before signing up. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8.Security
All submissions to rayna.skin are transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections. Access to the waitlist data is restricted to Lyra Labs LLC personnel who need it to communicate with you about launch. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this information, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9.Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Rayna evolves. If we make material changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the waitlist site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated notice.
